Returns:
For returns or exchanges under warranty, you must contact the after-sales area. Once the problem is defined, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the return.

- To properly preserve the material, it must be kept in a dry area that does not receive direct sunlight.
- Do not discard the silica gel packets.
- Use the insertion holes to avoid tangling.
- When printing, do not exceed the advised temperatures.
- Take into account the material calibrations (temperature tower, flow test, retraction test)
